By accessing or using DataCenterUPS.com (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Nature of Service
DataCenterUPS.com is an online directory listing service for data center and electrical contractors in the United States. We provide a platform for contractors to be discovered by facility managers, IT directors, and data center operators.
2. Accuracy of Contractor Information
Contractor information listed on DataCenterUPS.com is sourced from publicly available records and business directories. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate listings, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any contractor information. Information may be out of date, incomplete, or contain errors.
Users are solely responsible for independently verifying contractor qualifications, licensing, insurance, and suitability before engaging any contractor found through this directory.
3. No Endorsement or Guarantee
Listing a contractor on DataCenterUPS.com does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that contractor’s services, quality of work, licensing status, or business practices. DataCenterUPS.com is not affiliated with, and accepts no responsibility for, any contractor listed on the Site.
4. Paid Listings
Contractors may purchase enhanced or featured listings on the Site. All paid listing fees are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests within the first 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. DataCenterUPS.com reserves the right to modify listing packages and pricing at any time.
5. Removal of Listings
DataCenterUPS.com reserves the right to remove, modify, or suspend any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes but is not limited to listings that are inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Prohibited Use — No Scraping or Data Copying
The directory data on DataCenterUPS.com is proprietary. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically collect data from the Site
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute contractor listings or directory data
- Use the Site’s data to build a competing directory or product
- Access the Site through automated tools, bots, or scripts without express written permission
Violation of this section may result in legal action and/or permanent blocking of access to the Site.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on DataCenterUPS.com, including text, design, compilation of directory data, logos, and graphics, is the property of DataCenterUPS.com and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
DataCenterUPS.com is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataCenterUPS.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any contractor services you engage through the Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
